Rizvi Architects
Seaport Asset Management

Rizvi Architects designed and orchestrated a complex relocation of the Seaport Companies various departments within the World Trade Center Boston. A variety of existing spaces including a food court, conference rooms, and lobbies were transformed to create new office space and banquet rooms. This relocation served to consolidate the various groups within the Seaport Companies Sales department and to take advantage of underutilized space throughout the Trade Center. The existing WTC food court, with its outstanding views of Boston’s skyline, was transformed into the new Sales offices. Existing ballrooms on the lower level were reconfigured to offer greater flexibility, provide new office space and create a new business center in the immediate vicinity of the end user. In total 30,000 s.f. of space was converted, reconfigured and upgraded with new systems and finishes.
